Booking Policy
Booking Window

Earliest Booking: Clients may book services no sooner than two (2) weeks prior to the required delivery date.

Latest Booking: Bookings can be made as late as 24 hours before delivery date.

Minimum Service Lead Time: A minimum of three (3) working days between the pickup and delivery dates is required for us to complete the service. Bookings made with less than three working days’ notice will incur a rush fee.
Gift Size & Final Pricing

Our Basic Gift Wrap service starts at $5 for extra small gifts.

Larger gifts may be $7 (small), $9 (medium), $11 (large), $15 (extra-large), or $20 (XXL).

The final price will be confirmed after we review your gift.
Service Area

We operate from a home-business.

Available Area: Our pickup and delivery services are available within a 10-mile radius of downtown Tulsa (ZIP code 74103).

We will contact you to arrange the details once your booking is confirmed.

Out-of-Area Bookings: Any service requests for addresses beyond this area will be automatically cancelled, and any payment made will be refunded.
Rush Fees
For Bookings Made with Less Than Three Working Days’ Notice:

If the delivery date is scheduled less than 24 hours from the pickup date, a rush fee of $25 will be applied.

If the delivery date is scheduled between 24 and 72 hours from the pickup date, a rush fee of $15 will be applied.
Note: Rush fees are based on the pickup and delivery dates.
Payment Terms

Rush Services: All rush service fees are due in full at the time of booking.

Pickup and Delivery Service: All pickup and delivery service fees are due in full at the time of booking.

A deposit (or full payment) may be required to confirm your booking.

Balance Due: The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery.
Late Payment

If the balance is not paid at the time of delivery, a late fee of $10 per day will be applied until full payment is received.
Cancellations & Refunds

Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service pickup date to avoid additional fees. If a cancellation is made in accordance with our policy, any payments received will be fully refunded.

Service Area Cancellations: Bookings made for addresses outside our service area will be cancelled and all payments will be refunded.

Non-Payment: Bookings will be cancelled if required payments are not received by specified deadlines.
